The Weekend Companies LLC, doing business as Pawsitive Telehealth (pawsitivetelehealth.com). We connect pet owners with licensed veterinarians for video visits. Texts are sent only to people who opt in, and only about their own appointments or account. We do not send marketing texts.
Every vet has a booking page at pawsitivetelehealth.com/[vet-name]/book. The first step, Your Information, asks for your name, email and an optional mobile number. Under the number is a separate checkbox. It starts unchecked, and you can book without checking it. We text you only if you check it. The form looks like this:

The checkbox turns on once a full mobile number is entered. The Pawsitive Telehealth app uses the same form and wording. With each consent we record the number, the date and time, where it was given, and the exact wording shown.
Vets turn on alerts in their portal under Settings → Text Message Alerts, by entering a mobile number and checking a separate, unchecked box that reads:
Text me new booking and cancellation alerts from Pawsitive Telehealth (The Weekend Companies LLC). Message frequency varies with your bookings. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.
Example: “Pawsitive Telehealth reminder: Bella's video visit with Dr. Smith is tomorrow at 2:00 PM ET. Join here: pawsitivetelehealth.com/dr-smith/client”
Mobile numbers and text message consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See section 16 of our Terms and section 12 of our Privacy Policy.
